Description

The daily firefighting mode you are in is a painful state that feels frustrating and unproductive. You can’t seem to figure out how to get your team rallied around the laundry list of things you know you have to do. You are not alone.

This 2-hour, interactive session is your chance to take the first and most important step to liberating yourself from the burden of your operational to-do list. We will help you lay your pain points down, look at them objectively then figure out what you should be working on first. We will also define a high-level roadmap for those priority projects.

We will assign a value and effort score to each of your pain points then plot them on a matrix. This is an illuminating exercise – it shows us what your highest priority projects are, but it also shows you what you should not be putting effort or investment in. This helps you focus your efforts into the things that will have an impact on your team.
